Role Summary

We are seeking a proven Sales Director, based on the US East Coast (remote / WFH), to spearhead MSB Docs’ growth across North America. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on enterprise selling. You will design and execute go-to-market strategies, expand our presence in regulated industries (with a strong focus on the Healthcare and Life Sciences (HLS) sector), and directly engage with C-level executives to win new business.

The ideal candidate is a hunter with leadership potential—comfortable both closing enterprise deals and shaping long-term sales strategy. This role is remote, with a primary focus on the US and Canada.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to consistently exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify, qualify, and close enterprise deals—leveraging both your professional network and strong prospecting skills.
  • Manage the full sales cycle for strategic accounts, including discovery, demos, negotiation, and closing.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and executive presentations that highlight MSB Docs’ compliance-driven value proposition.
  • Leverage technical sales expertise to translate complex solutions into clear business value for prospects.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to drive adoption and customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize CRM tools (HubSpot) to forecast sales, track KPIs, and maintain pipeline discipline.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory changes (e.g., eIDAS, HIPAA, 21 CFR Part 11, ESIGN/UETA).
  • Provide strategic insights to executive leadership on market expansion opportunities and product positioning.

Requirements & Qualifications

Basic Prerequisites

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5–7 years of enterprise B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, enterprise software, or regulated technology solutions.
  • Hands-on technical sales experience with the ability to engage technical and business stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
  • Strong network in North America and demonstrated ability to build new relationships.
  • Expertise in managing enterprise sales cycles and CRM tools (HubSpot preferred).
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with confidence engaging senior executives.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% (domestic + occasional international).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in document management, e-signature, or adjacent industries (fintech, life sciences, BFSI, healthcare).
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as eIDAS, HIPAA, GDPR, SOC 2, ISO 27001, and 21 CFR Part 11.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or other sales intelligence tools.
  • Strategic thinker with a metrics-driven, results-oriented mindset.
