  • Backlink Building: Develop and execute backlink acquisition strategies that build domain authority and elevate industry-specific ranking for high-value keywords.
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on organic performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush, adjusting strategies based on data insights.
  • Industry Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date with SEO trends, search engine algorithm updates, and emerging SEO techniques, with a focus on B2B SaaS and digital transformation.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Chandigarh (India). The CRO will be responsible for lead generation, account management, sales, strategic planning, and sales operations on a day-to-day basis. The role includes developing and implementing revenue-generating strategies and overseeing all aspects of the company’s sales and revenue growth initiatives, thus holding the ultimate accountability for aligning all revenue-generating departments and building strategic partnerships, to help drive the Company’s profitability and success.

Objectives of this role

  • Developing and communicating growth strategies with CEO, COO, and board of directors.
  • Partner with senior leadership to execute the current corporate strategic plan and develop additional plans.
  • Ensure performance, strategy, and alignment of the company’s revenue-generating departments.
  • Manage the global sales team to drive business growth across all customer segments, and share responsibility with the marketing department for improving strategy and customer experience.
  • Help maximize reach and efficiency by adding new, scalable partners in a strategic way.
  • Build and foster creative teams that are committed to our culture of innovation.
  • Monitor the revenue pipeline and leads, adjusting as necessary for sustainable growth.
  • Driving profitability and leading revenue operations (RevOps) towards higher performance, shorter deal cycles, smarter scaling goals, and enhanced customer success and retention.

Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications
