Introduction

MSB DOCS, a product service of Taigle LLC and MSB Digital Private Limited (as “we”, “our”, “us”, “our systems”) identifies that user (as “customer”, “you”, “your”, “their”) cares how their personal information is used and mutually shared. We greatly appreciate your trust that we will do so carefully and wisely.

MSB DOCS privacy policy coverage

Our data protection and privacy policies are GDPR compliant and define how we collect and use the information that you provided to us in association with the construction or management of MSB DOCS services. We refer to this as “user’s personal information” which includes name, email address, and documents within a user’s MSB DOCS account. In regards to your information that gets transmitted, processed and stored on our systems MSB DOCS shall not expose, transfer, access or use your documents except as provided in your contractual agreement/consents with us. You can verify the agreed terms, signed contracts, and our data privacy policy for more information to know how MSB DOCS manages the information stored by you/your users on our systems.

How MSB DOCS utilizes user information

MSB DOCS is a digital transaction and signing platform which is a SaaS based solution provider. We adhere to our data privacy and protection practices, and the user’s Information we collect is subject to the MSB DOCS Privacy Notice. By viewing the MSB DOCS site and application, you are accepting the practices described in the Privacy Notice. Please note that, if you have an account with MSB DOCS, we may collect certain information from you/ your users or their accounts to be used by us to improve and make our services better for you.

As per our privacy policy, consent and contractual agreements signed with you, we may collect, process and store your personal information with third party services/ sub-processors that perform tasks on our behalf related to our business services such as server hosting and backups for personal data and email communication. We have service agreements signed with third party services.

  • AWS has confirmed that all AWS services will comply with the GDPR when it comes into effect in May 2018 and has provided a GDPR-compliant Data Processing Addendum (DPA). All data is encrypted and has strict access controls. Additionally, Amazon is certified under EU-US Data Privacy Framework and has implemented the CISPE Code of Conduct.
  • Google G Suite
    a) Google has updated its terms to be GDPR compliant and the new terms will go into effect 25 May 2018. All data is encrypted while in transit and at storage. Google has implemented access controls and training with their employees as per GDPR. Google’s updated amendment can be found here. https://gsuite.google.com/terms/dpa_terms.html Google is also certified under EU-U.S. and Swiss-Data Privacy Framework.
  • Microsoft Office 365
    a) Microsoft has updated its terms to be GDPR compliant for all customers effective May 25, 2018. The updated terms can be found in Attachment 4 to their Online Services Terms which can be found here http://www.microsoftvolumelicensing.com/Downloader.aspx?DocumentId=13754 and is specific to Articles 28, 32, and 33 of the GDPR. All data is encrypted and strict access controls are implemented. Microsoft is also EU-US Data Privacy Framework certified.
