How do I setup my account to receive real-time browser notifications?

Depending on the browser you are using, you may follow the steps below to activate real-time notifications for your account. Opting in/out for notifications in Chrome Browser

Method 1:

  • Log into your account in Chrome.
  • As soon as there is an ePak sent to you for signature/review, the browser will prompt you to allow or block the notification from application, or you can do it by following below procedure.2

  • Click
    • Allow to add it to your subscriber list and let it notify you of any ePak related activity for your logged in account.
    • Click Block to not allow application to send you any notifications.

Method 2:

  • Open Chrome.
  • In the upper right corner of the browser window, click the Chrome menu > Settings.
  • Click Settings menu icon on the left > Show advanced settings.
  • In the “”Privacy & Security”” section, click Content settings.
  • In the list that appears, go to “”Notifications”” and set the toggle button to:
    • On: Ask before sending (recommended)
    • Off: Blocked
  • On this page you will also see a list of sites, apps and extensions that already have permission to send you notifications or are blocked from doing so.
  • Click ‘ADD’ next to the list of allowed or blocked sites and enter app’s url in the pop up that appears. It will then be added to the respective list.

Method 3:

  • Click on the ‘Secure’ icon on the extreme left corner of the address bar.

  • Go to Notifications and you may choose one of the three options:
    • Ask before sending
    • Always allow on this site
    • Always block on this site
  • Opting in/out for notifications in Internet Explorer
    • Open IE
    • Download and run the add-on from the link below:
    • To check whether the add-on was successfully installed and is enabled on the browser: go to the settings icon on the extreme right corner of the browser window and select Manage Add-ons. The list should contain:
      • Name: IE WebNotifications BHO Class
      • Publisher: Sergei Zabolotskikh
      • Status: New
  • Click on the Add-on and select ‘Enable’ in the bottom dock.

  • Close all instances of the IE browser.
  • Open a new IE window and log into your account. For the first time when you get a notification the browser will prompt you to allow or disallow notifications, click ‘Allow’ to enable them or otherwise.

  • The notifications for IE are now setup and every time there is an ePak related activity, you will be notified via a real-time notification pop-up on the top right corner of your screen

To disable these pop ups, you may simply disable the add-on from Manage Add-on options in IE settings (refer to screenshot in step 4).
