How do I set Document Retention on a new ePak?

If your system has been configured to use advanced Document Retention features, you may set the document retention for your ePaks. While composing a new ePak on the Compose page, you may set the ePak’s Documentation Retention using the ePak Archive Value drop down in the ePak toolbar above the document preview area.

Name, Email, State, Address, Status, Role, Invited On, Registered

Depending on your system’s configuration, different options will be available to you. Check with your organization to determine which option is appropriate for your document.

Finish composing the ePak as usual and send your ePak. For more information on how to compose an ePak, refer to How do I create an ePak for signature? in the Help guide.
