How do I re-initiate the Third-Party Verification process if my signer has been rejected?

If you invited a new external signer while composing an ePak and your user has been rejected by the Third-Party Verification Registrar, you will receive an email notifying you that the verification has been rejected. As the Custodian, you may re-initiate the verification process.

  • Select your ePak in your Pending folder and click the Edit tab.
  • In the workflow list, locate the rejected user
  • Click the Re- Initiate button. This sends a notice to the Registrar to re-start the verification process.
