Can I email a document directly to my account and send it out for signatures?

Yes, if configured for your instance, you will be able to email document(s) to your account to use them while composing an ePak. This functionality will let you forward an email with an attachment and automatically convert it to PDF before adding it to your draft documents.

To send a document to your account, draft an email from your registered email address with subject line as the name of your company/business, attach the document(s) and send it to a configured email address for your instance. Within a minute, those files would become available in your draft documents. To know your send-to- email address please reach out to your system administrator.


  • Documents can only be sent to your account from the e-mail address registered in app. Attempt to use any other email address would result in failure of the activity.
  • Supported File Types:
    • Microsoft® Word® 2003, 2007, 2010, 2013, 2016
    • Microsoft Excel® 2003, 2007, 2010, 2013, 2016
    • Microsoft PowerPoint® 2003, 2007, 2010, 2013, 2016
    • mage file formats (.png, .jpg, .gif and .tif)
    • Portable Document Format (.pdf) files
